Integration Tips

How to Integrate the Same Spectral Regions in an Array of 1D Spectra

  1. Type wft
  2. Type ds(1)
  3. If you want to integrate specific regions, set the resets (integral start/stop points) for these regions.
  4. Type one fo the following:
    int_array
does dc drift correction, integrates only every other integral region (i.e., those integrals defined in "part int" mode), prints results to printer.
    int_array('auto')
does dc and bc baseline correction, integrates only every other integral region (i.e., those integrals defined in "part int" mode), prints results to printer.
    int_array('noauto','file_name')
does dc drift correction, integrates only every other integral region (i.e., those integrals defined in "part int" mode), prints to file file_name.
    int_array('auto','file_name')
does dc and bc baseline correction, integrates only every other integral region (i.e., those integrals defined in "part int" mode), prints to file file_name.
