Data Stations

The NMR Facility is equipped with several Data Stations for pre-acquisition experiment set-up and post-acquisition data processing, analysis, and interpretation:

• NMRSUN2: Sun Ultra 5 workstation with VNMR 6.1C software

• NMRSUN3: RedHat Linux PC workstation with VNMRJ 2.1B software

• NMRSUN4: Sun Blade150 workstation with VNMR 6.1C software

• NMRSUN5: SunBlade100 workstation with VNMR 6.1C software

• MAGRES: PC with ACD NMR processing and 1H/13C predictor, gNMR, DNMR, Spinworks, & Firefox

• The facility offices are also equipped with PCs for staff use only.

• The Molecular Visualization Facility supports a variety of SGI workstations

  • CHEMVGX: SGI 4D/440 four-processor workstation licensed for NMRchitect for structure determinations from NMR spectra (Molecular Simulations, Inc.)

  • SPLATTER: SGI Indigo2 R4400 workstation licensed for NMRchitect for structure determinations from NMR spectra (Molecular Simulations, Inc.)
