I-500
NMR SpectrometerThis 500 MHz Varian Inova NMR Spectrometer is designed for long-term experiments at low concentrations, such as multidimensional experiments using biochemical molecules. This instrument is predominantly used by biochemists and other chemists who need long-term, high resolution, or high sensitivity acquisitions.
I-500 Features include:
500 MHz (11.74 Tesla) Oxford Magnet
28-channel "Super Shims"
3 radio frequency channels
fourth channel available upon request (this channel is usually housed in the I400 NMR spectrometer)
deuterium decoupling module
tri-axis pulsed field gradient module
Enhanced VT unit with high-stability option and pre-conditioning unit
TMC antivibration system
2 waveform generators for shaped pulses
Probes:
Varian triple-axis PFG triple resonance H/C/N probe (VT range: 0ºC - +50ºC)
Nalorac Z-axis PFG triple resonance H/C/(15N-31P) probe (VT range: -20ºC - +60ºC)
Varian 15N-31P broadband probe (VT range: -150ºC - +200ºC)
