Lock Stability Test

Using a sample of 75 mg sucrose in 0.5 ml D2O and 250 mM NaCl, perform the following experiment:
90(H) - 1/2JCH - P1 - 90X(13C) - Acquire
P1 = 90(13C)
phase cycling: P1 (x, -x); receiver (x, -x)
Use a long recycle delay to allow for complete relaxation Two-scan experiments (with 4 dummy scans) should be performed, spearated by 20 second delays. A total of 60 such experiments should be performed on a weekday any time between 9am and 5pm.

The magnitude of the center band should not exceed the magnitude of the satellite bands in more than 10 of the experiments.
In no case should the magnitude of the center band be more than twice the magnitude of the satellite bands.
