Pulse Amplitude Stability Test
1H Test
Using gadolinium-doped D2O with H2O for a 1H line width of 2 Hz, perform a standard 1H 1D pulse-acquire experiment. The standard deviation of the peak height of 20 experiments should meet the following criteria:
Pulse Length | Standard Deviation |
90 degree pulse | < 0.15% |
30 degree pulse | < 0.20% |
1 microsecond pulse | < 0.50% |
13C Test
Using 10mM 13C-labeled acetate in DMSO-d6, perform the following experiment:
90(H) - 1/2JCH - 360(C) - Acquire
The standard deviation of the peak height of 20 experiments should be %lt 0.15%.
