Steps to be taken to prepare the I500 for Martin Stone

  1. Change Probe to the HCN-triple gradient probe
  2. Shim on Chloroform-standard
  3. Check the tuning and matching on a water sample, better on one of the groups samples (be careful, don’t change it much!)
  4. Set the temperature to 30.0 degree C
  5. Warm up the gradient, i.e. switch the gradients on and type pfgon=’y’
