I-400 NMR Spectrometer
This 400 MHz Varian Inova NMR Spectrometer is designed for
experiments of all NMR-active nuclei at various temperatures.
This spectrometer includes a Four Nucleus+ probe which can observe
1H, 19F, 31P, or 13C without assistance from the facility staff, and
can be tuned to observe other nuclei. This probe is also capable of
decoupling two nuclei (1H, 19F, 31P, or 13C) while observing a third
nucleus (1H, 19F, 31P, or 13C). This instrument, driven by a SunBlade100, is predominantly
used by inorganic chemists.
Features include:
- 400 Mhz (9.4 Tesla) Oxford Magnet
- 14-channel standard shims
- 3 radio frequency channels
- Vibration Isolation Kit
- VT Module with pre-conditioning unit
- Probes (shared with VXR400):
- Varian Four Nucleus Z-gradient probe (default)
- Nalorac Four Nucleus+ probe
- Varian 2-channel inverse probe
- Varian 15N-31P broadband probe
