The Indiana University at Bloomington NMR and EPR spectrometers occupy four facilities in the Chemistry Building and Simon Hall.

Simon Hall BioNMR Facility – This facility in Simon 037 houses the Varian 800 MHz and 600 MHz NMR systems. It has an 8′ deep pit design with stainless steel platform, climate control, oxygen sensor purge safety system and an enclosed room for water chillers, the magnet pump and pump monitor. A wet lab area is also available.

Chemistry Facility – Room C237 in the Chemistry building features Varian 500 MHz and two 400 MHz spectrometers. Personnel offices, user workstations, wet lab with hood, sample refrigerator, chemical cabinets and other resources are also located here. Recently a Varian 600MHz spectrometer was installed in room C234.

Undergraduate Teaching Laboratory – The Varian 200 MHz system is in Chemistry, Room 145.
